Medical Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Medical Sales Supervisor is the front‑line point of contact between the company and its trade customers – pharmacies, pharmacy chains, medical showrooms and similar outlets – for home medical devices and adult diapers. The role covers either Riyadh or Jeddah and is accountable for achieving annual sales targets with a performance‑linked bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular, planned visits to pharmacies, pharmacy chains, medical showrooms and other assigned outlets within the territory (Riyadh or Jeddah).
• Collect and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely submission for fulfillment.
• Achieve annual sales targets for the home medical devices and adult diapers portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff, store owners and showroom decision‑makers to protect and grow shelf presence.
• Monitor stock levels, product placement and competitor activity, reporting market intelligence to the Sales Supervisor.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, returns and basic account queries, escalating commercial issues as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of visits, orders and customer information using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative covering pharmacies, pharmacy chains or medical showrooms.
• Medical or pharmaceutical background preferred; university degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
• Conversational English sufficient; fluency not required.
• Ability to work independently in the assigned territory and represent the company professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for order and customer management.
• Experience selling medical devices or related healthcare products.
• Strong sales and relationship‑building capabilities.
