Mendix Team Lead

About the role

Ghobash Group (GBS), an enterprise founded in Saudi Arabia years ago and now supported by over five hundred employees, offers digital transformation solutions alongside printing systems. It is looking for a Mendix Team Lead in Riyadh. The role calls for extensive technology development experience, including managing and delivering several projects at once.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of technology development experience, including at least 4 years in Mendix delivery management roles, with familiarity with software product development life cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, software engineering or a related science; a relevant master's degree can reduce the experience requirement.
• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• People management skills are essential, including managing and hiring and training teams, and distributing workloads and allocating resources.

Required skills

• Extensive end-to-end software delivery project experience.
• Ability to run multifunctional teams such as developers, quality engineers, business analysts and technical writers.
• Advanced knowledge of integration techniques and protocols.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native environments.
• Knowledge of architecture patterns and deployment options.
• Effort sizing and estimation for software delivery projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, including technical writing in English.
