Senior IAM Developer (SailPoint IdentityIQ)

About the role

DeepSource Technologies is looking for a Senior IAM Developer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to develop, customize, integrate and support enterprise Identity Governance solutions in Riyadh. The role works closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Infrastructure teams to build scalable, secure and high-performing IAM solutions. The workplace is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• SailPoint development: build and customize IdentityIQ components, workflows, rules, forms and approval processes, configure lifecycle events, provisioning and de-provisioning workflows, certifications and access requests, and custom connectors and integrations.
• Integration development: build REST and SOAP integrations with Active Directory, SAP, in-house applications, Oracle, LDAP, databases and HR systems, and develop custom APIs and web services.
• Development and support: troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize application performance, support upgrades and migrations, review code and mentor junior developers.
• Quality: unit testing, support of SIT/UAT, maintain technical documentation and follow secure coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5-7 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent debugging and root cause analysis abilities, and ability to optimize complex SailPoint implementations.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Preferred certifications: SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint IdentityIQ Professional, Oracle Java Certification, ITIL Foundation.
