MEP Construction Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based in Riyadh and will oversee all mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects of large‑scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage on‑site MEP activities from project inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Review and approve MEP design drawings, specifications, calculations and material submittals.
• Develop and control MEP schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire‑safety systems.
• Implement strict health and safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven senior‑level experience managing MEP works on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards and local Saudi regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
