About the role

The Property Management Accountant will join Bright House RealEstate in Jeddah to oversee the financial operations of a portfolio of properties. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate recording, reporting, and compliance for rental income, expenses, and cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and prepare invoices for multiple properties.
• Track rental income, operating expenses, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledgers.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for property owners and internal stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow analysis for each asset.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with property managers to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CMA, CPA or local equivalent) are a plus.
• Previous experience in property management accounting or real‑estate finance.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
