Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing real estate team. You will drive sales of residential properties by building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets through direct and indirect channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new leads through direct sales activities, referrals, and market networking.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to contract signing.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and field visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, residential property sales, or real estate financing.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market.
• Existing network of brokers, agencies, or real estate professionals (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
