Mid-level Digital Strategist (GCC Political & Government Clients)

About the role

Consulum is looking for a mid‑level digital strategist with extensive experience in strategic digital communications and digital product marketing to support political and governmental clients across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Account‑manage digital work streams for allocated clients, ensuring deadlines are met and issues escalated.
• Analyse current and emerging regional issues in politics, economics, digital and emerging technologies and incorporate findings into client programmes.
• Collaborate on content creation, social‑media copy and narrative development with senior team members.
• Produce and QA emails, social‑media content, web pages and client presentations.
• Map client digital road‑maps, plan and estimate costs, and manage creative and delivery partners.
• Deliver digital tasks such as paid‑social planning, influencer programmes and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor the digital environment for threats, opportunities and emerging trends.
• Identify business development opportunities, conduct SWOT analyses and create pitches for existing and potential clients.
