About the role

The Generative Engine Optimization Strategist will lead AI‑driven search visibility initiatives across MENA markets, turning demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Working in a hybrid setting from Riyadh, the role collaborates with cross‑functional squads to ensure reliable execution, weekly KPI governance, and high‑quality stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of generative engine optimization initiatives, from planning through execution and continuous optimization.
• Translate business objectives into KPI trees, sprint priorities, and actionable weekly tasks.
• Design and run structured experiments, capture performance learnings, and scale successful tactics.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams to align dependencies and maintain a seamless workflow.
• Maintain rigorous QA discipline, clear reporting, and leadership‑ready status updates.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in AI search visibility optimization.
• Hands‑on expertise with entity mapping, answer‑engine optimization, and schema implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Data‑informed decision‑making ability with comfort analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ownership mindset with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience delivering across multiple countries or regions is preferred.
• Track record of improving conversion quality, efficiency, or operational reliability.
• Confidence in SOP documentation and process governance.
