About the role

SAED Company, in partnership with a leading luxury hotel and palace in Riyadh, is expanding its team. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to fill a range of hospitality positions across front‑office, culinary, concierge, sales, marketing, engineering and spa services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury standards.
• Manage daily operations of assigned departments such as front desk, restaurant, kitchen, housekeeping, spa or sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories and financial controls where applicable.
• Promote the hotel’s brand through digital channels and corporate sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in hospitality, hotel or luxury service environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest service.
