National Broker Sales Manager

About the role

The National Broker Sales Manager will lead Petromin’s nationwide after‑sales business, promoting spare parts, accessories, maintenance contracts and other services. The role is responsible for shaping sales strategies, managing broker relationships and driving revenue growth across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enforce sales operation strategies for Nissan, including promotions, discounts and inventory‑clearance initiatives, while monitoring their effectiveness.
• Lead broker sales activities: prospect new customers, generate qualified leads, maintain vehicle registration and accounts payable, and oversee insurance management.
• Produce weekly reports on Sold‑Not‑Delivered items, attend territory and forecast reviews, and ensure timely delivery to improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales KPIs, identify bottlenecks, hire and train automotive sales staff, and manage commission and payroll processes.
• Promote a customer‑centric culture by establishing satisfaction programs, service standards and handling complaints.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through showroom visits, presentations, negotiations and technical product support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in broker sales operations.
• Preferred CPSM (Certified Professional Sales Manager) certification.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
