National Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead the learning and development agenda for our automotive business in Jeddah. The role will design, implement and manage comprehensive training strategies that enhance employee capabilities, drive performance and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual training and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and competency assessments across all functions.
• Design and deliver learning programs using classroom, workshops, e‑learning, coaching and on‑the‑job methods.
• Partner with department leaders to create tailored learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
• Manage training facilities, resources and learning records to ensure compliance.
• Maintain training materials, learning pathways and competency frameworks.
• Introduce innovative learning methodologies and technologies.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Build relationships with external training providers and professional institutions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the training team.
• Monitor training budgets, utilization and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training Management or Organizational Development (preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in Training and Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of competency frameworks, adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic learning initiatives that drive performance.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership capabilities.
