Network & Collaboration Senior Specialist

About the role

Our subsidiary SOOR is seeking a Network & Collaboration Senior Specialist to support network infrastructure, communication systems, and collaboration platforms, ensuring reliable connectivity and services. The position is based at the headquarters in Riyadh and works on‑site within the SOOR Company department.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN and data‑center network infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure and optimize enterprise wireless networks, including Aruba and Huawei Wi‑Fi 7 solutions.
• Configure and support routing and switching technologies using Cisco, Aruba, Juniper platforms.
• Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions for secure device authentication and network segmentation.
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure, including SIP, QoS and voice gateways.
• Monitor network and voice performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Lead network infrastructure projects such as branch connectivity, migrations and technology upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs and service providers to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
