About the role
The Network Operations Center Engineer will coordinate day‑to‑day NOC activities on the client side in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring incidents are resolved promptly while maintaining high service quality and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate incident escalations with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor critical incidents and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts across technical teams.
- Track incident progress and verify compliance with Service Level Agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration or NOC operations.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and network monitoring tools is preferred.
- Open to candidates of any nationality.
