Night Manager – Luxury Resort (Red Sea)

About the role

The Night Manager is the senior leader on duty during overnight hours at the new Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island. This role ensures seamless resort operations, maintains exceptional guest experiences, and guarantees safety, security, and comfort for guests and staff throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all overnight resort operations and coordinate with other departments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest issues and emergencies during night hours.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and respond to any incidents.
• Supervise night‑shift staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Maintain service standards and uphold the Four Seasons brand reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in night management or senior supervisory roles within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to make decisive decisions during overnight periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
