Night Shift ES&H Advisor for ArRjum Gold Project

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Night Shift ES&H Advisor to support the Ar Rjum gold mining project in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures the implementation of environmental, safety and health programs during night operations, protecting people, property and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that Night Work Plans, Method Statements, JHAs, permits and briefings are in place and understood before work starts.
• Conduct night‑shift site inspections to monitor safe work execution, supervision, housekeeping, traffic management and emergency preparedness.
• Lead investigations of significant incidents and act as the ES&H focal point for the night shift.
• Maintain relationships with client representatives and participate in area leader meetings to report ES&H requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an ES&H discipline.
• NEBOSH certification.
• 6‑8 years of ES&H experience in industrial construction or heavy engineering, including 2+ years supervising a team of ES&H professionals.

Required skills

• Method Statements and Night Work Plans development.
• Implementation of ES&H management programs.
• Site inspections, traffic management and emergency preparedness.
