OE Sales Manager – Centrifugal Pumps

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient OE Sales Manager to lead and grow the Original Equipment sales of centrifugal pumps in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong background in rotating equipment, proven sales leadership, and experience managing large industrial projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for API 610 centrifugal pumps, targeting new customers, markets and applications.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with EPCs, OEMs, consultants and end‑users, managing long‑cycle sales processes including tenders, RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major end‑users and static accounts, conducting regular visits, technical presentations and business reviews.
• Coordinate with application engineering, proposal, execution and service teams to ensure timely delivery of quotations and project commitments, and support contract execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies, providing regular pipeline reporting, forecasts and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Master’s a plus).
• 15+ years of experience in rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps) with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
• In‑depth knowledge of OEMs, engineering standards and specifications (API 610).
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, fluency in English.
