Onboarding Officer

About the role

The Onboarding Officer will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the probation period. This role works closely with HR, IT, payroll and other internal teams to guarantee that every new employee is fully prepared to start their role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process from offer acceptance to probation completion.
• Prepare, collect, and verify all required onboarding documentation and employment records.
• Maintain onboarding workflows and employee records in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, Administration, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure readiness of equipment, system access, and documentation.
• Conduct onboarding sessions introducing company policies, culture, and organizational structure.
• Monitor task completion in SuccessFactors and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
• Handle system‑related onboarding activities such as document uploads and profile completion.
• Coordinate employee access requests (email, IDs, office equipment) and support residency or work‑permit documentation when required.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, reports, and confidential employee records.
• Gather feedback from new hires and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
