Onsite Project Manager

About the role

The Onsite Project Manager will lead the delivery of customer projects from order receipt through to hand‑over, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required functionality. The role combines project planning, financial control, stakeholder communication and safety management to achieve both economic results and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor all project dimensions – scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resources and third‑party integrations.
• Take profit‑and‑loss responsibility, manage financial indicators and ensure timely revenue collection and cash‑flow planning.
• Provide accurate project reporting, status updates and risk assessments to cost account managers and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering recommendations based on a deep understanding of their business.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, define clear requirements and ensure proper staffing and resource allocation.
• Drive safety, health and environmental compliance on the work site, conducting hazard assessments and ensuring corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex onsite projects with full P&L accountability.
• Strong financial acumen, capable of interpreting indicators and managing cash flow.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to assess and mitigate project risks, including technical, contractual and organizational factors.
• Commitment to safety, health and environmental standards on site.
