Operations Director – Multi‑Venue Food & Beverage

About the role

The Operations Director will lead TGP International’s food and beverage portfolio across multiple venues, whether owned, managed, or consulted on. This senior position combines commercial creativity with full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of guest experience and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue performance for the entire portfolio and set growth targets for sales, covers, average spend and revenue mix.
• Develop and test new concepts, formats, menus, events, partnerships and activations to generate incremental income.
• Identify and launch additional income streams such as private hire, catering, delivery, retail, membership and sponsorship.
• Lead menu engineering and pricing strategy to increase spend per head and margin.
• Implement a test‑and‑learn approach, piloting ideas at a single site, measuring results and scaling successful initiatives.
• Ensure consistent operating standards, guest experience, brand curation and compliance across all locations.
• Travel regularly between venues and project sites, with regional and international trips as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in multi‑site food and beverage operations.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and commercial innovation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team‑development skills.
