Operations Executive – Ultra Fast Grocery

About the role

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is building a new, high‑speed delivery service in Saudi Arabia. As an Operations Executive you will lead a store‑level team, ensure Amazon policies are applied consistently, and drive performance across all operational metrics. This role offers the chance to shape a brand‑new business model and make a tangible impact on customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end UTR operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites.
• Supervise store operations, meeting customer‑facing metrics while maintaining quality, safety and team morale.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and feedback for associates.
• Develop and deliver training plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
• Conduct daily 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
