Operations & Growth Manager – Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations & Growth Manager to run daily activities at our Fresh Chicken House branch in Al Hufuf. You will be at the heart of the business, responsible for both cost efficiency and revenue growth, with performance‑based upside tied to your results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staffing, food quality, and customer experience.
• Reduce food cost (COGS) by negotiating better supplier terms, controlling portions, and minimizing waste.
• Drive revenue growth through local marketing, menu optimization, and targeted promotions.
• Manage delivery platform accounts (HungerStation, Keeta, Jahez), monitoring commissions, marketing spend, and ROI.
• Maintain accurate weekly cash and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare clean monthly performance reports covering revenue, COGS%, labor%, and cash position for ownership.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities such as catering and bulk orders.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years managing QSR/restaurant operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of improving food cost percentages or reversing declining revenue.
• Strong financial literacy – ability to read P&L statements, calculate break‑even points, and track KPIs independently.
• Experience with delivery aggregator platforms and promotional economics.
• Fluent Arabic and working English for reporting and dashboards.
• High integrity in cash and inventory handling.
