Job description
About the role
A family-owned company in Riyadh is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and oversee its day-to-day operations and properties. - Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, minor construction and renovations, and coordinate with external contractors
- Manage procurement of supplies and office equipment, negotiate with suppliers and review invoices before payment
- Oversee attendance, leave, recruitment support, performance evaluations, Iqama and insurance compliance
- Follow up with the accountant on budgets and reports, and prepare a monthly operational report for the owner
- Deal with government entities (Municipality, Electricity Company, Water Authority, Civil Defense) and coordinate with legal advisors and accountants
- Handle limited private office duties: appointments, government transactions, document archiving and monitoring renewals
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Facilities Management
- 7-12 years of operations management experience, preferably in family-owned or medium-sized companies
- Practical experience in property management, maintenance and procurement
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong computer skills
