Operations Manager (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) will oversee a portfolio of stores, ensuring they meet sales, profit and quality targets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate with branch managers to drive performance and customer satisfaction across the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate sales targets and business objectives to all branch managers.
• Develop and monitor branch management and manpower plans, keeping expenses within budget.
• Analyse daily sales data, identify gaps and work with managers to implement corrective actions.
• Lead recruitment, selection and training of branch managers and staff.
• Coach and develop leadership capabilities of managers to improve operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) standards and handle customer complaints.
• Implement marketing programs, new product launches and public relations initiatives.
• Build and maintain customer relationship networks to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Recent (within 3 years) experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Training or certification in Food & Beverage management and food safety.
