Operations Supervisor – Dammam Delivery Station

About the role

Join Amazon Operations as an Operations Supervisor overseeing shift management at a first‑mile fulfilment centre, middle‑mile sortation centre or final‑mile delivery station. You will drive daily operational pulse and ensure customer orders are processed safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage and train associates to deliver top‑quality service.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and adjust labour allocation to meet forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety and training.
• Analyse data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges through innovation and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, high ownership and leading‑by‑example attitude.
• Ability to develop expertise in all operational processes and analyse data.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and overtime.

Required skills

• Fluent English (spoken, written, read).
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office products.
