About the role
Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage and grow its football platform in Riyadh. You will shape the local operation, build partnerships and create an accessible football community.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and expand Stranger Soccer in Riyadh, securing quality playing venues.
- Recruit, coordinate and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
- Oversee game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
Required profile
- Passion for football and strong understanding of the local football community.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills.
