Oracle ERP Functional Consultant – Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation and support of Oracle solutions across supply chain, procurement, inventory, asset management, projects and manufacturing. The role will be based onsite in Saudi Arabia and will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Oracle configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design functional solutions using Oracle ERP modules.
• Configure, enhance and support Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, EAM, Projects and Manufacturing.
• Participate in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, produce functional design documents and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Support testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT), cut‑over, data migration, go‑live and post‑production stabilization.
• Define functional integration requirements and collaborate with technical consultants on interfaces, reports and workflows.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and security standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement of business processes.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, configuration guides and user training materials.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on functional experience with Oracle ERP, including Oracle EBS and preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, EAM or Manufacturing modules.
• Proven experience in ERP integrations and end‑to‑end business process design.
• Ability to conduct workshops, produce clear documentation and support users during rollout.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, Oracle) are a plus.
