Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to drive finance transformation for its clients in Saudi Arabia. You will modernise finance functions, define strategic objectives and create actionable roadmaps that leverage Oracle and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements, helping clients modernise finance functions and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Grow the Finance Reinvention Partner team by building relationships with CFOs, developing talent and shaping business‑development opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, delivering long‑term transformation strategies.
• Transform finance data, analytics, planning and reporting to enable better decision‑making.
• Design future‑state finance processes across RTR, PTP and OTC using generative AI, intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Design leading‑practice ERP processes (SAP / Oracle) and collaborate with technology teams and ecosystem partners.
• Manage the full lifecycle of engagements, from proposal development to delivery, while overseeing project economics and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop, mentor and inspire high‑performing consulting teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of consulting and finance transformation experience.
• Deep knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes and Oracle‑enabled transformation.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end finance platform programmes, including ERP assessment, functional design and AI‑led digitisation.
• Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience managing medium to large teams (6–16 resources) and driving practice development.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate preferred; professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) highly preferred; Oracle certifications a plus.
