Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, rollouts and post‑go‑live activities. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring modules, preparing functional documentation and ensuring solutions align with HR policies and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades and rollouts.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure and support modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts and user documentation.
• Lead UAT activities, support user sign‑off and assist with testing, deployment and go‑live readiness.
• Support data migration, reporting, integrations and security setup in coordination with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide post‑go‑live support and coordinate with Oracle Support when required.
• Conduct user training sessions and support end users during implementation and production phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Good understanding of HR business processes and regional labour practices.
• Experience working onsite with business users, stakeholders and implementation teams.
