Oracle Technical Consultant (BPM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BPM Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, integrate and support enterprise business process management solutions for our Riyadh office. The role requires strong Arabic and English communication skills to work closely with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and deploy BPM solutions using Oracle BPM Suite 11g/12c, including workflows, human tasks, business rules and process orchestration.
• Integrate BPM applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOA services, APIs and middleware, and develop service interfaces using Oracle SOA Suite.
• Develop and optimise SQL/PLSQL objects, and support integration with Oracle EBS, Fusion Applications and third‑party platforms.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot workflow and performance issues, and manage upgrades, patches and enhancements.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from Arabic‑speaking stakeholders, conduct workshops, and produce technical design documents and deployment guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; Oracle BPM or SOA certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of hands‑on Oracle BPM development, preferably in banking or large enterprises.
• Proven ability to work with Arabic‑speaking business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
