Organisational Development & Total Rewards Director

About the role

The organisation is seeking a senior leader to design and embed its Organisational Development (OD) and Total Rewards frameworks, aligning them with the evolving business strategy and Vision 2030 objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will drive the integration of new salary scales, job titles, and recognition programmes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Align employees to new salary scales and job titles.
• Oversee operational reward activities ensuring consistency with the Total Rewards framework.
• Design and implement recognition programmes and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Lead rollout and continuous refinement of the newly completed organisational design.
• Align roles, structures, and reporting lines with the updated framework.
• Support senior leaders in embedding OD best practices throughout the business.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Organisational Development and Rewards/Compensation, with a focus on rewards.
• Proven track record in transformation or organisational redesign programmes.
• Experience working with global HR consultancies such as WTW, Korn Ferry or Mercer.
• Demonstrated change‑management and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Ability to move from strategy to execution in an in‑house environment.
• Excellent influencing skills and exposure to senior leadership.
