OT Cybersecurity Sales Representative

About the role

AIS is looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Sales Representative to drive business growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role covers developing new opportunities, managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and critical infrastructure sectors, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Support vendor registration and prequalification, and monitor tenders and requests for proposals.
• Grow existing customer accounts, support contract renewals and long-term retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead customer discussions and commercial negotiations, and manage opportunities from qualification to closure.
• Work with technical and presales teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals, and keep accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
• Build relationships with technology partners and system integrators, represent AIS at industry events, and stay informed on OT cybersecurity trends in Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B solution sales experience, including at least 3 years selling OT cybersecurity, industrial automation, ICS or industrial IT solutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with a valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
• Preferred: experience selling OT cybersecurity solutions, familiarity with leading OT cybersecurity technologies, and experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, mining, manufacturing or transportation.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of industrial environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLC and HMI systems.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NCA OTCC, ECC and NIST SP 800-82.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, tenders and procurement processes.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
