OT Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

The OT Cybersecurity Specialist will protect and monitor the operational technology environment at our plant in Jubail. You will work closely with engineering and IT teams to ensure industrial networks and control systems remain secure against cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls across the plant.
• Monitor industrial networks, detect anomalies, and support incident response.
• Perform vulnerability assessments on PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
• Manage and configure industrial firewalls and enforce network segmentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in OT/industrial cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST or similar frameworks.

Required skills

• Firewalls and industrial firewalls configuration.
• IDS/IPS and other network security tools.
• Vulnerability assessment for PLC, SCADA and DCS.
• Network segmentation and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST cybersecurity standards.
