With over 10,000+ customers and an ambitious trajectory toward global expansion, there's never been a better time to join Rewaa!We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience in prospecting and building new sales opportunities through proactive, direct outreach.This role is primarily outbound-focused, with approximately 80% of the workload dedicated to prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, and generating new business opportunities through calls and various outreach channels.The remaining 20% involves handling inbound leads from marketing or other channels and converting them into sales opportunities.This role is designed for proactive pipeline builders and new business hunters — not a role centered around receiving ready-to-buy inbound leads.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously prospect and engage new potential customers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outreach channelsBuild and develop a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunitiesManage a high volume of daily sales activities to maintain a consistent opportunity flowUnderstand customer needs and assess the fit of Rewaa's solutions for their businessQualify prospects and convert them into genuine sales opportunitiesSchedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospectsFollow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints to maximize close rates and drive revenueUpdate and document all activities and data accurately within the CRM systemHandle inbound leads assigned from marketing or other channels and convert them into sales opportunitiesMeet daily and monthly targets related to sales activities and revenueRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 1-2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, or Tele-SalesProven track record in prospecting and generating new business opportunitiesStrong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsAbility to confidently engage business owners and decision-makersExperience using CRM systemsAbility to work independently and consistently achieve sales targetsStrong time management and prioritization skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with rewarding commissions and incentivesStocks Option.
