Outlet Manager – Italian/Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the Italian/Mediterranean restaurant at Jumeirah The Red Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the brand’s luxury service standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and uphold Jumeirah Food & Beverage standards, ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed.
• Monitor outlet profitability, analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members, support them to achieve common goals and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure quality expectations for food, beverage and service are consistently met; escalate major issues to senior management.
• Collect and act on guest feedback to improve food quality, service and overall satisfaction.
• Identify and implement initiatives that increase efficiency, productivity, safety and cost‑savings.

Required profile

• College degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in international settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven leadership in team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
