Outlet Manager – Luxury Hospitality

As the Outlet Manager you will be the driving force behind the venue’s operational success, guest experience and team performance, bringing the distinctive SLS spirit to life every day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the outlet team to deliver elevated, engaging guest experiences in line with SLS brand standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination across the floor, bar and supporting areas.
• Maintain high standards of ambiance, service delivery, product presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Plan staffing levels, schedules and team allocation to meet business demand and budget targets.
• Drive revenue through upselling, menu engineering, seat utilisation and promotional events.
• Manage operational costs via inventory control, ordering, labour scheduling and waste management.
• Monitor sales, labour and cost‑of‑goods metrics and report against departmental budgets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years senior leadership experience in luxury restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in high‑volume, high‑profile hospitality environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue generation, cost control and budgeting.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using reservation and workforce management platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
