Painter (Automotive & EV Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our Riyadh team, focusing on high‑quality automotive and electric‑vehicle paintwork. The successful candidate will apply industry‑standard techniques to prepare, paint, and finish vehicle surfaces while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
• Operate spray guns and related equipment to apply base coats, clear coats, and specialty finishes.
• Perform touch‑ups, panel repairs, and blending to ensure seamless color transitions.
• Inspect finished work for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and work areas following safety protocols.
• Document work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional experience in automotive painting, including EV applications.
• Proficiency in spray painting techniques and operation of spray guns.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation methods (sanding, masking, priming).
• Experience with paint mixing, color matching, and application of base and clear coats.
• Familiarity with water‑based and solvent‑based automotive paints and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and safety data sheets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality finishes.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for painting tasks and equipment handling.
