Parts Sales & Service Representative – Aftermarket

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused, commercially driven Parts Sales & Service Representative to join our Aftermarket team in Riyadh. The role links customers, service teams and parts operations to maximise aftermarket revenue while delivering timely technical and commercial support.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell genuine spare parts, accessories and aftermarket solutions to retail and internal customers.
• Ensure prompt, accurate fulfillment of parts orders and identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Provide technical assistance and product recommendations to customers and service personnel.
• Work closely with Service Technicians and Advisors to guarantee timely availability of required parts, processing service‑related requests efficiently.
• Coordinate special orders, backorders and urgent requirements, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, fleet owners, contractors and key accounts through regular visits and follow‑ups.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and act as a trusted advisor.
• Support the PSSR team in achieving sales targets and contribute to account planning and market expansion.
