Passenger Service Agent – Airport Station

About the role

The Passenger Service Agent provides essential front‑line support to airline customers at the Yanbu (YNB) station. You will handle check‑in, boarding, baggage, and special assistance duties while ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check‑in counters before and after flights, including signage and stationery.
• Welcome passengers at check‑in and other service touch‑points, verifying travel documents.
• Check‑in departing passengers, issue boarding passes, and make public address announcements.
• Assist customers during flight irregularities such as delays, cancellations, or diversions.
• Handle excess baggage fees, lost‑and‑found items, and special‑needs assistance (VIPs, unaccompanied minors, wheelchair users).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Manage gate activities, coordinate with flight coordinators, and ensure accurate passenger counts.
• Support ramp teams by providing wheelchairs, strollers, and gate‑checked bags for loading and unloading.
• Adhere to all Swissport and carrier‑specific Standard Operating Procedures.
• Produce required documentation and protect airline‑supplied materials from loss or damage.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a high‑school diploma.
• Relevant customer‑service experience in an airport or similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and ability to follow processes.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle inclement weather.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to type and learn airline‑specific reservation/ticketing software.
