Passenger Service Supervisor (Jeddah Airport)

About the role

Provide first‑line leadership and guidance to the Passenger Services team at Jeddah Airport, ensuring excellent customer service at check‑in counters, boarding gates and MAAS areas while complying with airline and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Passenger Services staff, monitor attendance, conduct briefings and allocate work to meet departmental KPIs and SOPs.
• Oversee gate and transfer desk processes, manage queue flow, and coordinate with PRM and flight control teams to ensure on‑time departures with no baggage discrepancies.
• Handle crisis situations such as flight disruptions, system breakdowns, and irregularities, maintaining professionalism across all communications.
• Prepare and submit post‑flight paperwork, daily reports and incident logs, and ensure accurate inventory of support tools.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least three years’ experience as a Passenger Service Agent.
• High school diploma; strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Computer literacy and ability to use airport operational tools (radios, tablets, etc.).
