Patient Journey Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Patient Journey Manager will act as the single point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia. This field‑based, omnichannel role focuses on understanding and shortening the patient journey for rare disease patients, delivering personalized, high‑value experiences that improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for Kyowa Kirin within the geography, implementing Cluster & International Strategy and the Patient and Customer Plan (PCP).
• Develop and execute business account strategies and territory business plans aligned with the company vision.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Payer Value & Patient Access to embed projects into the overall brand plan.
• Leverage an intimate understanding of the entire patient journey to innovate interventions that shorten time to diagnosis.
• Provide scientific and clinical expertise in Nephrology and/or Haematology Oncology and Kyowa Kirin products.
• Design and implement omnichannel engagement strategies tailored to HCP preferences.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through local account planning and core strategy execution.
• Project‑manage initiatives to deliver patient‑focused outcomes within budget.
• Identify, develop, and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong scientific and clinical knowledge of Nephrology and/or Haematology Oncology and related pharmaceutical products.
• Proven ability to act as a single point of contact for HCPs and stakeholders.
• Experience in building business account strategies and territory plans.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration skills with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and payer teams.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Project management experience with budget responsibility.
