Pediatric Registrar – Riyadh

About the role

The Pediatric Registrar will join the Nahdi Care Clinics in Riyadh, providing comprehensive medical care to children. The role involves diagnosing and treating injuries and illnesses, counseling families on health promotion, and contributing to the clinic’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients, take medical histories and document findings.
• Design and implement individualized care plans.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and review investigation results.
• Counsel patients and families on diet, hygiene and preventive health.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with NCC policies and CBAHI standards.
• Participate in NCC committees, quality‑improvement activities and continuous professional development.
• Support junior staff through training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in a related specialty or a fellowship approved by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience after the Master’s degree, or eligibility to sit the board examination.
• Valid SCFHS licence as a Registrar in the relevant specialty.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office and health‑information systems.
• Strong computer skills for documentation and order entry.
