People & Culture Generalist

About the role

The People & Culture Generalist at BOUNCE ensures smooth operation of the HR function, supporting the full employee lifecycle and maintaining compliance with Saudi labour regulations. This role acts as the operational heartbeat of the People & Culture team, delivering accurate payroll inputs, managing employee records, and coordinating government-related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and government platforms.
• Administer recruitment, onboarding, probation, renewals, exits, and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and related deductions.
• Serve as first point of contact for employment law guidance, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Saudisation targets, and all regulatory deadlines.
• Manage work permits, Iqamas, transfers, and government registrations via Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, and MHRSD.
• Support managers with disciplinary processes, documentation, and audit‑ready records.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Experience handling the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and fairness.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, MHRSD.
• Payroll processing and attendance management.
• HR documentation and record‑keeping.
