People Experience & Culture Trainee (Tamheer)

About the role

The People Experience & Culture Trainee will support Chalhoub Group’s employee wellbeing and engagement strategy. Working across offices, stores and warehouses, the role contributes to shaping a positive culture and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar and execute initiatives and events on schedule.
• Act as custodian of employee wellbeing benefits, ensuring they remain relevant, updated and enhanced.
• Prepare copy and communication materials for wellbeing and engagement campaigns in collaboration with Group Communications.
• Conduct market research on trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to improve employee experience.
• Secure partnerships with external providers to introduce exclusive wellbeing benefits.
• Capture feedback, analyse data and present performance reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer programme.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
