About the role
The Performance and Learning Assistant Manager supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management and learning & development initiatives. This role ensures smooth execution of performance cycles, employee development programs, and training administration, aligning them with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, annual evaluations, and calibration.
- Monitor completion rates, ensure compliance with timelines, and generate performance reports and analytics.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance policies, processes, and systems.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to schedule and manage learning programs, track attendance, and report completions.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.
- Conduct training needs analyses with business units and HR stakeholders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on performance and learning activities, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in performance management and learning & development (exact years not specified).
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
