Performance Marketing Expert

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Expert to plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns for a Saudi‑based holding company. The role is fully remote and supports several business units, requiring strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with large‑scale performance campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximise ROI.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative, content and product teams to align messaging and performance goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Track user behaviour using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
