Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition strategy within a fast‑growing e‑commerce environment in Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end paid media function, collaborate with commercial, creative and marketing teams, and build scalable growth engines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other acquisition channels aligned with revenue targets.
• Manage external agencies, set performance expectations, review recommendations and ensure accountability.
• Develop a roadmap to transition selected activities from agency‑led to in‑house execution.
• Hands‑on campaign optimization: targeting, bidding, creative testing and performance monitoring.
• Oversee Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, with product‑level optimization and conversion tracking.
• Lead Meta advertising for prospecting, retargeting, product launches and creative testing.
• Identify and evaluate new channels such as affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, Reddit and LinkedIn.
• Establish measurement frameworks, reporting dashboards and KPI tracking for ROI, efficiency and customer acquisition.
• Partner with merchandising, lifecycle marketing, creative and sales teams to align paid campaigns with commercial priorities.
• Drive experimentation by defining hypotheses, analysing results and scaling successful initiatives.

Required profile

• Data‑driven performance marketing professional with strong expertise in paid acquisition and agency management.
• Proven experience scaling e‑commerce growth through paid media.
• Comfortable owning revenue‑focused metrics and making strategic decisions.
