Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

About the role

The Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer will design and maintain a robust framework to track key performance indicators across all project phases for Hill International’s large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to senior management, the role ensures data accuracy, drives insight‑based decisions and supports continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
• Oversee collection, analysis and reporting of KPIs across all departments, ensuring data reliability.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Advise department heads on KPI selection and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Coordinate with IT to maintain optimal monitoring systems and train staff on best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of performance monitoring professionals while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, safety and occupational health policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a project‑management environment on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of professional project‑management processes, engineering, procurement, contracts and construction phases.
• Proven ability to prepare analytical reports, professional presentations and communicate findings to senior management.
• Experience working internationally, preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
