About the role

InnovationTeam is seeking a Performance Tester to ensure the scalability and reliability of its applications. You will design and implement performance testing strategies, conduct load and stress testing, and deliver actionable insights to development teams.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement performance testing strategies for web and mobile applications.
Conduct load, stress, and endurance tests using industry‑standard tools.
Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Collaborate closely with development teams to understand architecture and performance requirements.
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and provide clear reporting.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in performance testing.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
Solid knowledge of web and mobile application architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
