Personal Trainer

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is creating transformative wellness experiences for its guests, blending luxury hospitality with personalized fitness. As a Personal Trainer you will deliver bespoke training sessions, including Tai Chi and EMS technology, while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals, and any physical limitations.
• Design and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programmes tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Lead personal training sessions, including Tai Chi and EMS training, ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques.
• Monitor client performance and progress, adapting programmes to maximise results.
• Provide motivation, coaching, and ongoing support to encourage client engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session documentation while keeping training areas clean and organised.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, wellness resort, spa, or premium fitness environment.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and injury‑prevention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire clients.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
