Pharmacist Medical Sales Executive – Specialized Nutrition

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Saudi pharmacist with an established network across neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, neurobehavioral/developmental centers, specialized nutrition, and institutional healthcare to lead the medical detailing and institutional sales of our specialized nutrition portfolio across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Execute compliant medical detailing to pediatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, developmental specialists, gastroenterologists and other relevant specialists, converting interest into purchase orders and recurring accounts.
• Develop NND products within major private hospital groups, working with pharmacy departments, procurement teams and Pharmacy & Therapeutics committees to support formulary approval and institutional purchasing.
• Build relationships with pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies and regional distributors, identifying commercial opportunities and converting qualified leads into active accounts.
• Support government procurement activities related to NUPCO and Etimad by monitoring tenders, following up with procurement stakeholders and coordinating with internal teams.
• Act as a scientific product representative, presenting approved evidence and product information to healthcare professionals, institutional decision‑makers and key opinion leaders.
• Maintain accurate territory activity, account pipeline, sales follow‑up, purchase‑order opportunities and procurement forecasting within the company’s CRM and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Licensed Saudi pharmacist with an active network of specialists in neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, neurobehavioral/developmental centers and specialized nutrition.
• Proven experience developing accounts within private hospitals, polyclinics, medical centers, pharmacy groups or distributors, with knowledge of central procurement and formulary processes.
• Demonstrated ability in medical detailing, negotiation and relationship management to convert professional relationships into active accounts and repeat business.
• Experience with government procurement platforms such as NUPCO or Etimad is an advantage.
